  REPLACEMENT POLICY  
 

Keyboards that fail within 12 months of the shipment date as a result of manufacturing defects will be replaced. The warranty period for any replacement keyboard is 12 months from the shipment date of the original keyboard that is being replaced. We regret and hope you understand that keyboards damaged as a result of abuse cannot be considered for replacement.

HOW TO OBTAIN A REPLACEMENT KEYBOARD


*        Contact FIREFLY CUSTOMER SUPPORT by sending an email message to
support@fireflyintl.com. Please include the keyboard serial number
(located on the bottom of the keyboard), the place of purchase, date of
purchase, and a contact phone number in your email message.  Your keyboard
must be within the 12 month warranty period to receive customer support or a
replacement keyboard.


*        FIREFLY CUSTOMER SUPPORT will contact you to try to solve your
keyboard problem.  If the problem cannot be resolved and the keyboard is
still within the warranty period, FIREFLY CUSTOMER SUPPORT will issue an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

*        The RMA number must be included prior to returning your keyboard.
Please do not return any keyboards without first obtaining an RMA number.
